PURCHASED GOODS

Standard Items

Whilst we make every possible effort to ensure your items are well protected and packaged should it arrive damaged we will endeavour (stock permitting) to send out a replacement to you as soon as possible.  If your items arrives damaged please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order at customersupport@orkishome.com with your full name, address, order number, and a photo/description of the damage.  If we are not able to replace your items like for like, we will offer an alternative or a refund accordingly. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

Certain images and photographs are the exclusive property of Costa Nova and Garden Trading Ltd and are used to promote products on ORKIS Home Ltd with their permission.
