Once you have placed your order we will send you an order confirmation by email. Our team are happy to help with any questions and aim to respond the same day. Our delivery service is detailed below and all products are available for delivery to the UK Mainland. We also deliver most of our items, with the exception of large items (furniture, mirror and some lamps) to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

ORDER DESPATCH

For Standard Products we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, with delivery in 2-3 working days.

For Orkis Gifting Products we will dispatch your order on the next working day, on a next day delivery to arrive with the recipient in two working days.

For Large items (furniture, mirrors and some lamps) delivery will be made via a two person delivery service within 10-14 days of your order. Our team will contact you with an expected delivery date on receipt of you order, and keep you updated at every step.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order dates are always a guideline to delivery and we work hand in hand with our producers to ensure that those pre-order dates are as accurate as possible. If you place a pre-order rest assured the team will keep you informed along the way. 

Once stock is confirmed we will contact you to confirm a delivery date, whether is it a standard delivery item, or a two person delivery service.

​Standard Tracked delivery to the UK Mainland is £5.95 and is sent using either DPD or Royal Mail.

Standard Tracked Delivery to the UK Mainland is free for orders over £75.00

Please allow 2-3 working days for standard delivery from dispatch.

Standard Tracked delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man is £15.95 and is sent using either DPD or Royal Mail.

Standard Tracked Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man is free for orders over £150.00

Please allow 2-3 working days for standard delivery from dispatch.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Tracked delivery is £9.95 and is sent using either DPD or Royal Mail.

Express Tracked Delivery is free for orders over £100.00

Please allow 1-2 working days for express delivery from dispatch.

This service is not available for Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

GIFTING DELIVERY

Gifting Standard Delivery is £9.95 and is sent using either DPD or Royal Mail for delivery to your recipient within two working days if ordered before 1pm on the day of dispatch. Every gift is sent with your personal message hand written on a notecard.

Gifting Tracked Delivery is free for orders over £100.00

Please allow 2 working days for dispatch and delivery.

Gifting Standard delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man is £19.95 and is sent using either DPD or Royal Mail.

Gifting Standard Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man is free for orders over £150.00

Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch and delivery

TWO PERSON DELIVERY

Our two person delivery service means that your item will be hand delivered and is included in the cost of your item. Please make us aware of any accessibility issues and ensure the item is deliverable within a reasonable distance. Two person delivery will be arranged on receipt of your order. This service is not available for Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
