Order & Delivery

• Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK. All of our orders are sent via DPD and you will receive an exact delivery window once they are in receipt of your order.

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

• To request a return email us at customersupport@orkishome.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process

• You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging.

• Subject to stock availability contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange.
