HASSLE FREE RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. LET US KNOW

We hope that you are always pleased with your order from ORKIS HOME. If for any reason you are unhappy with your products just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will start the returns process for you (please include your full name, address, order number).

2. PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS

We kindly ask that you return items to us in their original packaging, unused and undamaged with a completed returns form (returns form will be sent to you by email). Simply package the items securely and return to us within 30 days of receipt of your returns form.

3. RETURN TO US

Please keep hold of the proof of postage for your return until we let you know the goods have safely arrived with us. We will refund you as quickly as possible, but please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original delivery costs for returned goods.

FURNITURE AND LARGE GOODS

Please note we currently do not accept returns on furniture or larger items that are hand delivered to your home unless they arrived damaged. Please make sure read you the product description carefully including the dimensions and description carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Whilst we do our upmost to check the quality of every item we send out and ensure that each order is well packaged, occasionally an item may arrive damaged or faulty.

If on receipt of your order any of your items are damaged or faulty please notify us within 2 days and we will review the issue (please include your full name, address, order number and a photo of the damaged item or fault). Please do not dispose of damaged/faulty items or the packaging unless we advise you to do so.

We will arrange a collection of the damaged/faulty items from you. On receipt of the items, if they meet our damaged/faulty items returns criteria we will issue a refund, offer a replacement product, or alternate product as requested. We aim to provide refunds as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take up to 10 working days to show in your account. We will process your refund including any original delivery costs or process your exchange or alternative product as requested.
