Annette Laycock is a fine artist based in Croft, Cheshire.  She studied fine art at Liverpool John Moores University and has had a varied career moving from the print industry, to interior design, to mural painting. She work for many years as an interior consultant for a leading housebuilder and has undertaken mural commissions for several leading global companies.

Having raised her family Annette has supported the family business for the past few years and now concentrates on painting fine art. She is inspired by nature, botanics and the wildlife of the British countryside capturing beautiful textures and the fine detail in acrylics.

All Annette’s pieces capture the majestic beauty of nature, from the individual colour tones of an owls feathers,  to it’s graceful expression,  to the intricate detail of a flower petal or the finest hairs on a stem, she conveys nature as we see it.
